The building of luxury villas has been built on a cliff next to the amazing beach of Kiotari. The idea for the landscape was to create terraces at the East and West side of the building. These terraces have a reference from the old times when they were building small retaining walls to create terraces and be able to cultivate the earth. On the East side, a sitting area with a bar has designed for the guests to enjoy their breakfast or evening drinks.
